Yesenia Servin, an expert in credentialing and provider/payer enrollment with 24+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, has deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and is a nationally certified credentialing manager and provider enrollment specialist. Through YS Credentialing PLLC, she helps organizations develop and implement best practice guidelines and processes, strengthen their credentialing and payer enrollment structure, and support the growth of administrative, credentialing, and enrollment healthcare professionals. She manages payer enrollment, keeps teams and colleagues informed on industry trends, and serves as a liaison across departments that impact payer-enrollment processes. Yesenia works with durable medical equipment providers, hospitals and health systems, community mental health organizations, global managed care organizations, and also provides revenue cycle consulting services to healthcare providers and organizations. She is a current Charter Oak University Faculty member, a NAMSS member, a current and past NAMSS Educational Conference Speaker, a current trainer for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a TMG Collaborator. She studied microeconomics and communications at NEIU and healthcare administration at Concordia University Chicago.
