Bob Verchota helps organizations align their business goals and employees to create successful outcomes and positive work environments. After more than 20 years in senior HR and Operations leadership roles, along with teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership and Organizational Development, he moved into consulting to support companies with practical HR solutions. His expertise includes training and development, compensation, compliance, policy development, performance management, employee relations, and change management related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business disruptions. Bob holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, and has completed doctoral work (ABD) in Organizational Development.
